Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and team support including, but not limited to, managing calendar and high volume of meeting requests
  • Arranges complex domestic and international travel plans and create detailed itineraries
  • Submits expense reports on behalf of the executive on a timely manner
  • Serves as a delegate in multiple approval systems
  • Works as a partner with the Corporate executive team, anticipating needs and gaps
  • Coordinates meetings, events, and communication sessions
  • Proactively manages business rhythm planning ensuring that all core business meetings are scheduled with logistics and other pre-meeting requirements identified and addressed accordingly
  • Works with administrative team, serving as a resource ordering office supplies, mailing and shipping, preparing and running meetings, and effectively communicating through a multi-tiered organization
  • Continually identifies opportunities to streamline functional activities while enabling the Executives to focus on the strategic and business initiatives rather than function logistics
  • Processes invoices, reviews for compliance with billing guidelines, communicates with service providers, resolves discrepancies
  • Acts as the administrator for invoice tracking system: Legal Tracker
