Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a DEI, HR, or related role
  • A strong passion for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a desire to make a meaningful impact in these areas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Basic data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and report on program metrics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the DEI space, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
  • Basic experience in leveraging AI and machine learning tools to drive strategic decision making is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Support JEDI Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of programs and processes that promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within Axon.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with People Operations, Recruitment, Marketing and other key stakeholders to support JEDI-related projects and initiatives.
  • Communication: Help communicate JEDI program progress and updates across the organization, reinforcing accountability and sharing recommendations.
  • Project Management: Support the planning and execution of JEDI-related projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements that enhance the inclusivity of our hiring and retention practices.
