Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred, or High School Diploma with 2+ years’ experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance practices
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Flexible work schedule; able to support all three shifts with little notice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone screens and onsite interviews
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate documentation
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications against job requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures and external regulations
  • Monitor open positions and provide regular updates on staffing status
  • Support internal job posting and promotion processes in alignment with company policy
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Support employee relations by addressing associate questions and concerns
  • Assist with policy interpretation and consistent application of company guidelines
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements
  • Participate in events, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate on HR projects such as engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and workforce planning
