Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field of study
  • 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience communicating with clients via phone and email in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to self-manage, with strong organization skills and an attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly learn, understand, and present all Envestnet Retirement Solutions
  • Partner with the Strategic Relationship Management team to support existing enterprise clients (BD, Aggregator, Asset Manager, and Record-Keepers)
  • Partner with the workplace operations team to ensure all pieces of the relationship are working and up-to-date
  • Ensure all contracts are mentioned and amended to include new services
  • Ensure all invoices are sent and payments collected in a timely manner through the Envestnet Billing teams
  • Proactively support all Enterprise relationships on a regular basis
  • Contribute to bi-monthly calls with senior-level contacts at each firm
  • Work through any service-related issues and proactively inform and educate clients about potential new offerings from Envestnet
  • Respond to inbound service calls in a timely manner
  • Track all activity in Salesforce and follow up as needed with sales/SRM partners
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
