  • You have built modern web applications in a product-driven environment.
  • You have worked in an agile environment with continuous integration, along with rigorous logging and monitoring practices in a production environment.
  • Preferably you have experience in the employee benefits or healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
  • Platform at Noyo is responsible for the building and maintaining of Noyo’s API and App offerings for benefits platforms, working closely with all teams to expose the carrier network and core functionality in a cohesive, unified experience.
  • You will be responsible for the Snapshot and Tracking APIs, Webhooks, Command Center, and more, as well as building and maintaining the internal version of Command Center, which serves as the front-end application for internal operations teams.
  • You will spend the majority of your day building the Noyo product.
  • You will often be tasked with solving a problem rather than just implementing a specific solution.
  • Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems to support business growth and meet customer needs.
  • You will work closely with other engineers on the team to build new features from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • This includes collaborative designing, programming, and code reviewing.
  • You will work with the Noyo Product Team and cross-functional stakeholders to design the systems you are building and validate they are truly solving impactful problems.
  • You will make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
  • You will collaborate with the Noyo Operations Team to gather requirements, provide technical support, and ensure seamless functionality of our solutions.
