Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships roles within the payments or fintech space.
  • Solid understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, card schemes, APMs (alternative payment methods), acquirers, and routing logic
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (AML, PSD2, 3DS, card scheme rules)
  • Strong interpersonal and partner-facing communication skills — comfortable leading discussions with external stakeholders (banks, PSPs, vendors)
  • Cooperating and working with multiple departments and cross-functional teams
  • Advanced English level
Responsibilities
  • Leverage payments expertise and market insights to shape strategic partnerships that create value for Welltech and its users
  • Establish new partnerships with 3rd party payment schemes and suppliers that are needed to expand the payment method portfolio and improve processing excellence worldwide
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing partners and communicate with them about fluctuations in payment metrics performance, and collaborate to implement improvements
  • Negotiate new terms and conditions related to commissions, volumes, etc.
  • Ensure all partner agreements and activities meet applicable regulatory, AML, and compliance obligations
  • Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal stakeholders (including payment ops, product, engineering, treasury, finance, legal, etc.) on the creation and execution of the partnerships to ensure seamless integration and operation of payment solutions
  • Act as the primary contact for designated partners
  • Responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the entire partner setup
