Job Summary
Analytical and detail-oriented Rebates Business Analyst to manage and optimize our rebate programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rebate program management, financial analysis, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires expertise in handling customer rebate agreements, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance, and leveraging ERP systems and analytical tools for effective decision-making.
Job Description
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Set up and manage rebate programs for new customers by accurately entering data into rebate management systems, setting up calculations, terms, and conditions, and ensuring all details comply with contractual agreements.
2. Review and validate rebate agreements to confirm accurate implementation of terms and ensure customers receive correct rebate payments.
3. Analyze sales and financial data to calculate rebate accruals and payouts, ensuring alignment with company policies and contractual obligations.
4. Monitor and track rebate accruals and forecast future payments using trends, sales projections, and financial data to ensure accurate financial planning.
5. Maintain comprehensive records of rebate agreements, payment history, and adjustments while preparing detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Contracts, to improve processes, resolve issues, and verify rebate eligibility.
7. Use rebate management software and tools to track agreements, process payments, and generate reports.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Relevant Work Experience
At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role
Additional
1+ years in managing customer rebates programs, reviewing contracts to interpret rebate terms, and Financial Analysis experience.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation, VLOOKUP)
Prior experience with SAP and Vistex
Communication skills both written and verbal as well as working with others in different locations.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or related field.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 Annual
This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
