The Identity and Management Engineer II (IAM Engineer II) will be responsible for maintaining our internal application integrations with Okta for Single SignOn and User Provisioning. They will perform periodic application audits to discover and implement new application integration capabilities.
ZoomInfo is a Cloud based organization with a physical presence of more than 15 different office locations across the globe.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd tier Okta escalation support.
- Respond to Okta related tickets.
- Add new applications to Okta for authentication (SAML and OpenID).
- Add new applications to Okta for provisioning (SCIM).
- Work with Okta Workflows to automate complex business processes.
- Parse Okta logs for troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot Okta authentication and provisioning issues.
- Have an advanced understanding of IAM and the role it plays in an enterprise environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ Combined IT experience
- 1+ year Okta experience
- Okta Certified Professional preferred
- Okta Certified Administrator preferred
