Summary:

In this role, you will enable and empower members to realize measurable, sustainable improvements in their process improvement initiatives by driving utilization and adoption of Vizient products & solutions. You will support activities to enhance member engagement and value derived from using the Clinical Practice Solutions Center (CPSC), including training, education, and outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to develop creative and innovative solutions along with new program offerings.
• Coordinate with leaders in Data Management and Analytics to enhance ambulatory products and services and improve operational, clinical, and financial performance.
• Build relationships and foster networking opportunities among Vizient members on topics related to strategic and operational imperatives.
• Collaborate with Vizient members, Vizient team members and IT on product enhancements, custom analyses, data mining, and report generation.
• Develop and support new program offerings to build greater value for participating members.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree such as MHA or MBA a plus.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Prior experience in healthcare, including having worked in an ambulatory practice setting or practice operations highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality output.
• Experience working in a hypothesis-based approach such as inductive logic.
• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
