  • Previous experience in healthcare IT required
  • Previous experience implementing EHR and practice management solutions preferred
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred; will consider relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • Professional certification or equivalent coursework maintained annually once hired
  • Lead both the technical and implementation practices
  • Subject Matter Expert on all Mod Med Interfaces, including Synapps, custom interfaces and standard interfaces
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, such as Redox and Ellkay, and partners to scope and develop interfaces presale
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on pre-sales sync and customer facing calls
  • Engage directly with prospective clients on discovery calls to assess any technical questions that may arise during the pre-sales process. This includes all aspects of the IT life-cycle
  • Complete RFP's as requested
  • Prepare and deliver (remote and onsite) tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations to physicians and medical staff
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to sell the value of professional services during prospective customer demonstrations as well as best ways to approach technical discussions and prospective customer needs
  • Guide practices through change management vision and ensure they feel they will be adequately supported during implementation process
  • Act as an advisor to Client Services on creating implementation programs that will align with prospective customer needs and values
