Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Consulting, Strategy or Business Operations role
  • Experience with big data sets, analysis and tools (SQL/Tableau is a must)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex problems
  • A solutions-driven mentality and a drive for accuracy
  • Experience supporting initiatives across cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders from ICs to Manager and Director level
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and relational databases
  • Previous experience at a SaaS company
Responsibilities
  • Drive Process Efficiencies: understand key performance drivers and identify areas of improvement to drive efficiencies
  • Data Analysis & Presentation: Gather the relevant data across different tools, develop dashboards and present key findings to the teams
  • Business Intelligence: Lead reporting with teams on regular cadence; analyze data, provide insights and identify trends that can be used to develop actionable strategies to improve performance
  • GTM Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to build and present Go to Market Strategies to enable growth
  • Data Auditing & Enrichment: audit data to ensure teams are adhering to processes and provide recommendations on data enrichment strategy
  • Maintenance: provide day-to-day operational support across teams
