Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work with different hiring managers.
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems such as Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, or similar systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and human resources systems.
  • Availability to travel according to business needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future immigration sponsorship.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare recruiting materials and post vacancies on job boards and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and functional leaders to understand staffing needs and align recruiting strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Support recruiting and employee onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment law in the company's United States locations.
  • Manage and update job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Source, evaluate, interview, and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers in different cities and states and maintain timely, professional communication with candidates.
  • Administer assessments, questionnaires, and other selection tools as needed.
  • Prepare and present job offers and manage offer acceptance and related documentation.
  • Coordinate background checks and drug screening in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and support new-employee onboarding, including orientation logistics, system access, equipment assignment, benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and employee integration.
  • Maintain current candidate databases and talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional organizations and external recruiting sources to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as required.
