Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • or Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of continuous improvement / productivity experience preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Travel: 50-70%
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct productivity evaluations to ensure standardized processes, standard work and best practices are being utilized efficiently and safely.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams internally and externally to continually develop and refine organizational processes related to organizational productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Provide valid statistical information and applicable analyses to management regarding productivity.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Development team to develop, implement and facilitate educational instruction and train the trainer activities involving the topic of continuous improvement & productivity with various departments throughout the organization.
  • Provide guidance to employees, supervisors, and management on matters concerning productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct jobsite or on-site coaching and development of employees (related to audits and/or to assist with novel work or jobs in crisis).
  • Perform Project Expectations Review with project leadership and provide feedback and corrective actions to Project Managers, Superintendents, Work Crew members as well as key Management leadership personnel and support functions (as example; Safety, Purchasing, PreConstruction Services, Engineering, Estimating).
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Actively participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
