  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Five to ten-plus years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience managing email, calendars, and events through Microsoft Outlook is required.
  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph is required.
  • The reinvestigation date must be within seven years if the candidate is not an active National Reconnaissance Office employee.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate activities, appointments, and meetings to ensure seamless execution of the senior executive’s daily agenda.
  • Maintain and manage conference-room calendars, organize telephone conferences, and facilitate messaging.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, including itinerary planning, voucher processing, and VIP parking arrangements.
  • Conduct administrative reviews of briefings and correspondence for grammar and formatting; draft, proofread, edit, and coordinate correspondence.
  • Support the Systems Engineering Directorate Program Record Office with records management in accordance with National Reconnaissance Office Directive 56-1.
  • Execute configuration-management plans for identified Systems Engineering Directorate and National Reconnaissance Office products.
  • Assist with in-processing and out-processing of contractor and government personnel.
  • Prepare check-in sheets, badge requests, National Reconnaissance Office Account Action Process requests, and Systems Engineering Directorate technical requests.
  • Interface with the National Reconnaissance Office Corporate Front Office, greet and escort visitors, and prepare background information for meetings.
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and other documents; arrange delivery of outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with ordering supplies and equipment and arranging office-equipment repairs.
  • Track and manage Career Service Panel dates and deadlines to ensure compliance with organizational processes.
