Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or other natural, life or health care science directly related to the assigned area of research
  • Two years advanced journal-level work experience in a clinical or research setting
Responsibilities
  • Participate in producing standard-of-care cellular product derivation, responsible for assay development and implementation of assay protocols
  • Work with cultures and various cell types, performing experiments investigating cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in immune cell function
  • Participate in the bone marrow transplant program, working directly with customers to develop products
  • Participate in diagnostic testing programs for research, coordinating the receipt and inventory of research samples
  • Help obtain PBMCs from peripheral blood or leukapheresis samples, culture lymphoid and myeloid cells for cellular engineering
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance Director to maintain and assist with IQ/OQ/PQ on all laboratory equipment
