Requirements
  • Serve as the primary operational and technical contact for customer inquiries.
  • Triage and resolve lower-level technical issues, escalating to Support or Engineering when needed.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in Pylon.
  • Respond to operational and general technical support requests via the Pylon ticketing system.
  • Provide workflow and best-practice guidance to improve daily platform usage.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives to address customer technical needs.
  • Support customer onboarding and training initiatives where needed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products, training, and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with Professional Services projects, including customer training and workflow consultations, at leadership’s direction.
  • Contribute to building repeatable processes and resources that improve Professional Services delivery.
  • Provide operational and technical expertise during scoped engagements.
  • Represent SewerAI at industry trade shows and events.
  • Support demos, booth operations, and customer and prospect engagement.
  • Capture event feedback and assist with lead and customer follow-up.

SewerAI provides software for underground infrastructure management, including AutoCode for faster sewer-inspection runs and PIONEER for collaborative, data-driven planning. AutoCode lets crews inspect up to 3,000 feet of pipe per day, improving efficiency and cutting idle time and costs. PIONEER modernizes the workflow for engineers and asset planners by delivering a collaboration and decision-support platform with data accessible in-app and via API. The goal is to reduce community and environmental risk through accurate condition data and better maintenance decisions, typically delivered through a subscription or licensing model.
