Requirements
  • 1. Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2. Associate degree from an accredited college or university with two (2) years of relevant experience
  • 3. Four-year high school diploma or equivalent approved by a state's Department of Education with four (4) years of relevant experience
  • 4. Combination of education and/or experience equivalent to the above qualifications
Responsibilities
  • - Oversee panel investigators working with panel attorneys in case preparation
  • - Assist attorneys in reviewing discovery and planning defense strategy
  • - Collaborate with attorneys to ensure comprehensive investigations
  • - Review ACP case management system entries to ensure attorney retention of investigators
  • - Work with attorneys, non-attorney advocates, and experts to determine case strategy
  • - Provide training and professional development to investigators
  • - Communicate effectively with panel attorneys and investigators
  • - Perform other duties as assigned
