Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in solution, design, and development of web applications using Java Enterprise Edition, JavaServer Pages, Extensible Markup Language, WebLogic 10, and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
- Expertise in object-oriented analysis and design using Java and Unified Modeling Language.
- Extensive experience using Eclipse, including commonly used plug-ins and debugging techniques.
- Expertise in Java Enterprise Edition patterns and the ability to apply commonly used patterns in real-time situations.
- Experience using Java presentation frameworks such as Struts or similar frameworks, and jQuery.
- Integration experience using web services and Enterprise JavaBeans, preferably on the WebLogic platform.
- Expertise in tuning all tiers of applications on the Java Enterprise Edition platform.
- Hands-on experience with build and deployment tools and languages, including Apache Ant and shell scripting.
- Strong backend experience developing data layers using frameworks such as Hibernate or Jakarta Persistence.
- Knowledge of database concepts, with working knowledge of Structured Query Language and stored procedures.
- Knowledge of Java, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition, Java Message Service, Hibernate, Spring, and Apache Maven.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Enterprise JavaBeans and web services on the WebLogic platform is preferred.
