  • Senior stakeholder management skills
  • Organizational skills, ability to own team ceremonies and set agendas for x-team collaboration
  • Experience in performance management for Display and/or Paid Social channels (comprehension of how paid auctions work, bidding practices, optimization strategies)
  • Effective communication, strong verbal and written skills

  • Understanding of Paid Measurement strategies
  • Full Funnel marketing experience incl Brand Lift studies, SOV reporting, A/B testing and ad formats across the funnel
  • Understanding of the Paid Media landscape, interest in new channels and innovation
  • Understanding of Marketing Privacy solutions (Google Sandbox, deprecation of third party cookies)
  • Ability to establish insight from raw data sets, track record of making data-driven decisions
  • Data Visualization skills, creation of Tableau dashboards
  • Strong excel skills, experience in the production of financial proposals and media plans
Responsibilities
  • Management of the strategy and performance for some of our key Display tactics
  • Hands on campaigns management of key Display tactics
  • Isolation of trends using internal and external data to inspire new campaigns and optimization of existing activity
  • Ensuring a testing backlog is in place for your relevant activities with a robust measurement approach
  • Responsible for six-digit budgets, hitting session and efficiency targets.
  • Driving relevant Martech projects forward, being a point of contact for x-functional goals.
  • Identifying and sharing industry trends from across the media and tech landscape, to inspire innovation within the Paid team.
  • Arranging QBRs with priority partners and the team, to reflect on performance and future trends
  • Being a great example to our wider Marketing team, exemplifying Skyscanner values
