- Make phone calls to complete surveys and facilitate in-person appointments as requested by participants.
- Explain the survey to participants via phone and administer the survey telephonically on the initial call when chosen by the participant.
- Travel to predetermined locations, including homes and other facilities, to conduct interviews for participants who wish to complete the survey in-person.
- Provide timely reporting of data collected and ensure all privacy agreements are followed.
- Ensure integrity of all data relating to program is accurately reported.
- Provide proactive status communication with Project Coordinator.
- Provide excellent customer service to participants.
- Conduct interviews in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Fulfill all interviewing requirements by visiting all locations scheduled, documenting all data required, and delivering data in timely fashion.
