Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office)
About the Role
The IAM Administrator manages on-boarding and exits of all employees for IT systems, and provides support as needed for identity and access management issues.
Responsibilities
Provide setup for new employee IT access and facilitate the on-boarding process
Plan and document onboarding processes, assist with migrating manual processes into new Enterprise Identity & Governance solution.
Participate in planning and implementation of Employee Security Program
Point of contact for IT compliance requirements for IT team
Perform and review access audits of IT systems
Participate in ISIRT meetings and review Security Incidents
Provide advice and training for compliance
Who You Are
Knowledge of systems security and troubleshooting
High attention to detail
Excellent communications skills
Understanding of usability requirements
Problem-solving aptitude
Working knowledge of identity access management systems
Solid understanding of triage methodology for user IT issues
Minimum Qualifications
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
3+ years professional IT experience, preferably in HelpDesk or IAM areas
Previous audit and compliance experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years IAM experience
3+ years Okta product experience
Certifications within Okta, Office 365, and/or Slack are all considered assets
Familiarity with macOS and automated management tools is helpful
