  • Lead our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and partner with business leadership to set goals and meet objectives
  • Support Brex Communities (our ERGs) by managing program policies and facilitating collaboration within community leadership
  • Design and host Brex's in-person company connection events, such as our annual company conference and company hackathons
  • Manage and refine our offsites strategy and operations to ensure that teams are able to productively meet face to face
  • Lead our workplace strategy, including office real estate assets and co-working options
  • Measure program execution against targets and continually adjust to optimize return on investment
