At SalesLoft, our Senior Channel Operations Manager is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Alliances team focused on driving the success of our Partner ecosystem and expanding the footprint of partners globally.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a confident, self-starter who is skilled at taking initiative, collaborating across organizations, and building strong and productive relationships with peers, colleagues, partners, and customers. You will specifically play a pivotal role in designing and building systems and processes that support the onboarding and development of our partner ecosystem capabilities.
A Senior Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Architecting a roadmap and developing plans to continuously enhance Salesloft/s partner tech stack
- Designing partner support processes that enable partners to effectively develop and configure integrations with the Salesloft platform and associated APIs
- Creating a partner satisfaction program to track the performance of projects involving Salesloft partners
- Devising methods to scale the onboarding of new partners and accelerate their ramp to productivity
- Leading cross-functional collaboration between Services, Success and Sales teams to drive successful project outcomes and ensure ongoing customer adoption on partner supported projects
- Curating and/or creating best practice guides and tools to help our partners succeed
- Engineering projects, identifying new products and researching solutions for existing systems needed to support our evolving Alliance business model
- Developing and executing plans to improve the user experience of our partners through enhancements to our partner business systems (partner portal, marketplace, Slack, …)
- Leading internal partner systems projects that involve the Salesloft Business Operations team
- Researching and evaluating partner technologies as a driver to solve complex business problems
You should possess a unique combination of technical chops and business acumen to achieve these responsibilities.

You will also be great at developing strategies to solve problems, curating and/or creating content and tools that help us effectively scale our business through partners.

THE TEAM:
Our SalesLoft’s Alliance Team is comprised of passionate partner-focused professionals who are all aligned on our company vision and mission:

THE SKILL SET:
- 15+ years experience creating, building, and managing partner relationships or related experience
- 10+ years working in professional services, consulting, customer/partner success, business development, or channel operations role
- Experience with both Salesloft and Salesforce is strongly preferred
- Experience providing technical and configuration assistance
- Experience with API documentation and providing configuration assistance
- Proven innovative thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner stakeholders including alliance, sales marketing, operations, finance, & legal
- Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations; have a “win win” philosophy
- Highly motivated and comfortable acting in a independent capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related area
- Preferred Project Management experience
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Attend SalesLoft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
- Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the SalesLoft team, and delve into your role
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
- Get SalesLoft Certified (if not already)
- Start shadowing calls with key partners and learn the basics of what SalesLoft Partner Success looks like
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Develop a plan for improving the Salesloft partner tech stack
- Continue to master the SalesLoft Product and demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry
- Have a deep understanding of our internal landscape and able to collaborate cross-functionally to provide a great experience for our partners
- Demonstrate your ability to educate partners on Sales engagement and SalesLoft best practices
- Demonstrate your ability to advise customers on integrations workflows
- Assist partners with onboarding new consultants and educating them on our Certification process
- Begin owning the day to day management of partner customer projects
- Design and launch CSAT program to track partner performance on customer projects
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Have a well-established routine for managing partner relationships and driving customer success through your portfolio of partners
- Continue mastery of our industry, category, and our product
- Bring your learnings back to our team to continue evolve our partner operations for the successful growth of the ecosystem
- Master your Partner Success Motion with the goal of growing our partner ecosystem of sales engagement & SalesLoft experts out in the market
- Be consistently hitting and achieving goals of growing the ecosystem and driving customer success through partners
