  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related area
  • Preferred Project Management experience
  • Develop a plan for improving the Salesloft partner tech stack
  • Continue to master the SalesLoft Product and demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry
  • Have a deep understanding of our internal landscape and able to collaborate cross-functionally to provide a great experience for our partners
  • Demonstrate your ability to educate partners on Sales engagement and SalesLoft best practices
  • Demonstrate your ability to advise customers on integrations workflows
  • Assist partners with onboarding new consultants and educating them on our Certification process
  • Begin owning the day to day management of partner customer projects
  • Design and launch CSAT program to track partner performance on customer projects
  • Architecting a roadmap and developing plans to continuously enhance Salesloft/s partner tech stack
  • Designing partner support processes that enable partners to effectively develop and configure integrations with the Salesloft platform and associated APIs
  • Creating a partner satisfaction program to track the performance of projects involving Salesloft partners
  • Devising methods to scale the onboarding of new partners and accelerate their ramp to productivity
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration between Services, Success and Sales teams to drive successful project outcomes and ensure ongoing customer adoption on partner supported projects
  • Curating and/or creating best practice guides and tools to help our partners succeed
  • Engineering projects, identifying new products and researching solutions for existing systems needed to support our evolving Alliance business model
  • Developing and executing plans to improve the user experience of our partners through enhancements to our partner business systems (partner portal, marketplace, Slack, …)
  • Leading internal partner systems projects that involve the Salesloft Business Operations team
  • Researching and evaluating partner technologies as a driver to solve complex business problems
