Requirements
- Background in Inventory Management
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical/problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management
- High School degree required; Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor of Science degree with background in inventory management preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze and plan material requirements.
- Achieve optimal days of supplies level and deliveries.
- Interface with suppliers.
- Negotiate commitments with suppliers to achieve targeted material availability and quality levels within legal, ethical, and documentation standards.
- Perform analytical assignments in one or more areas of configuration management, operations planning and control, requirements planning, inventory control, and all interacting systems.
- Monitor supplier delivery commitments.
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer AAS or BS degree with background in inventory management
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management
