In this role, you will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, assisting clients, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the sales team, including calendar scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
Handle client inquiries and ensure timely responses and resolution
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Track sales performance metrics and generate internal reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
