Requirements
  • TS/SCI with ability to upgrade to CI Poly if required
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification required
  • Bachelor's degree and Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience on working with Dell Technology products like Vxrail, Isilon, Power Scale, Power Store, PMAX, Data Domain, Avamar and PowerFlex
  • Specialist/Expert certification on Dell Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Storage and Backup products
Responsibilities
  • Build in-depth knowledge of customers' priorities and initiatives
  • Identify potential sales and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain direct customer and broader service delivery relationships
  • Assist in implementing delivery management process improvements
  • Target opportunities for growth within the customer environment
  • Participate in the design and operational execution of the customer's Hyper Converged Infrastructure/storage/Backup disaster recovery process
  • Perform necessary Hyper Converged Infrastructure/storage/Backup infrastructure maintenance and necessary data migration
  • Coordinate critical security and software patch updates with customer change management process and cyber teams
  • Proactively recommend improvements to customer IT infrastructure for effective use of Dell Technologies IT solutions
  • Support ATO certification and accreditation process by providing artifacts and other materials for Management toolsets
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to address End User’s skills and resource gaps and ongoing technology recommendations
