Responsibilities
  • Support voter contact and voter registration campaigns by ensuring the right voters are reached in the right areas each canvassing day.
  • Prepare and cut turf packets.
  • Analyze canvass results data and density data.
  • Monitor data integrity.
  • Track turf and precinct activity.
  • Develop get-out-the-vote strategy.
  • Analyze historical campaign data.
  • Work with project and office directors and external stakeholders to identify target precincts and targeted voter subsets.
  • Train and provide ongoing motivation and support to staff.
  • Identify, promote, and train a leadership team.
  • Build a diverse team where staff feel respected while fostering a culture of equity and justice.
  • Canvass every week.
  • Implement quality-control measures to ensure work integrity.
  • Foster a healthy and safe working environment for all staff.
  • Develop strategic plans to reach target voters and constituencies in assigned locations.
  • Audit campaign data nightly, weekly, and monthly according to program needs.
