Requirements
- Prior duct cleaning or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning experience is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn heating, ventilation, and air quality principles are required.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Comfort using handheld tools, vacuums, and cleaning equipment is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential air duct and dryer vent cleaning using company-provided equipment.
- Clean heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components, including registers, grilles, coils, blowers, and filters.
- Inspect residential ductwork for leaks, blockages, excessive debris, or mold concerns.
- Communicate findings and recommended services to homeowners in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including before-and-after photos.
- Follow safety protocols related to ladders, confined spaces, and equipment operation.
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and cleaning supplies.
- Protect customer property with drop cloths, shoe covers, and proper cleanup.
- Assist with basic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance tasks when needed.
