Responsibilities
  • Achieve 'Client Success' for a set of small clients within an assigned category
  • Support Client Success Executives and Leads on a wider set of clients to have extended impact
  • Create and maintain good stakeholder relationships within CPGs
  • Build briefs and presentations that meet CPGs strategic needs and present back the actionable recommendations delivered by your Insights Execution counterpart
  • Support your team with spotting sales opportunities and support Sales counterpart to deliver commercial performance targets within client portfolio
  • Collaborate with counterparts across dunnhumby’s departments to deliver joined up client experience
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business
