  • Deep experience in developing/delivering training & enablement, ideally in a Tech / Data focused company.
  • A track record of designing and executing enablement programs that measurably improve the productivity and effectiveness of field teams, particularly in technical and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience working closely with technical SMEs to develop accurate and effective training content is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering enablement programs tailored to technical, customer-facing roles, with a focus on role-specific skills, technical specializations, and sales cycle strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong program management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive enablement programs that enhance the skills and productivity of technical, customer-facing roles within the Field Engineering organization. Your programs will focus on role-specific responsibilities, technical specialization, and the technical sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement targeted enablement initiatives designed to increase field productivity, ensuring technical teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to efficiently engage with customers and drive successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and curate enablement content that reflects the latest product updates, platform advancements, and industry best practices, ensuring our teams are prepared to handle complex customer scenarios.
  • Lead initiatives that integrate real-world use cases into enablement programs, allowing technical field teams to apply their skills in practical, scenario-based learning environments.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end program development process, from discovery and program design to implementation and evaluation, ensuring that all programs align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop and implement assessment frameworks and establish productivity metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs on a continuous basis.
  • Utilize feedback and performance data to continuously refine and enhance enablement's approach.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and knowledge sharing among technical teams, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence in customer engagement.
