Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new or updated training materials; related to both team playbooks and revenue-focused technologies
  • Create and conduct onboarding and sales playbook certification programs for Account Executives, Business Development Reps and Customer Success Managers to maintain a high standard of performance across our revenue teams
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to design, build and maintain customer-facing sales assets to continuously arm our revenue teams with the information (e.g. narratives, pitch decks) they need to be successful at each stage of the sales cycle
  • Own the annual training calendar: partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to strategically plan and allocate training capacity around key milestones (e.g. hiring cohorts, external product launches, internal tools launches, etc.)
  • Establish and evaluate learning metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and outcomes (with a focus on productivity and business outcomes, as well as end-user NPS)
  • Evaluate and oversee the adoption of potential learning systems as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Sales or Customer Success is a plus
  • Experience in procuring and adoption of a LMS system is a plus
