  • Three or more years of experience in social media and community management
  • Understanding of digital marketing tactics including social, community management, content marketing, and email
  • Ability to tell a story with data
  • Adept at providing solutions and working in cross-functional areas to facilitate successful completion of campaigns
  • Ability to speak and write Spanish is preferred
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to execute social strategies across various social media platforms
  • Create and execute social media content that aligns with the social strategies of each platform to drive growth and engagement
  • Create and manage a Gen Z focus group to develop and execute the Gen Z social media strategy
  • Produce relevant and compelling content individually and in partnership with the Creative team including images, video, and written content
  • Assist with the creation of creative briefs and shot lists for social shoots/campaigns
  • Provide day-to-day management of social media presence including scheduling content, responding to comments and direct messages, monitoring reviews, and managing reputation
  • Oversee and execute content calendars and content collaborations across all social platforms
  • Identify concerns that need to be escalated and help troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Brainstorm and execute social campaigns and analyze key metrics, provide reports to management, and recommend strategy adjustments as needed
  • Stay up to date on social trends, knowledge, and best practices
