Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive program strategy for water reuse and recycle solutions, aligning with Solenis’ global growth objectives
  • Develop a high-performing team that spans business development, technical applications, and project management, ensuring alignment with program goals
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to drive program execution and establish best practices
  • Provide training and coaching to Solenis representatives to position and sell water reuse and recycle solutions effectively
  • Oversee projects from opportunity identification through commercialization, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with customer needs
  • Identify target markets, corporations, sites, and applications in collaboration with the Reuse/Recycle Center of Excellence (COE)
  • Work closely with equipment partners to ensure solutions are designed, engineered, manufactured, and implemented successfully
  • Provide executive leadership with recommendations on strategies to achieve short-, mid-, and long-term growth objectives
  • Develop scalable processes to ensure program success and sustainable growth
