Requirements
  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of design and development experience with AngularJS, including a deep understanding of the underlying framework and experience with directives, routes, services, and factories.
  • Experience with test-driven development, specifically automated unit testing in Angular using Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor.
  • Three to four years of experience with JavaScript-based frameworks and front-end technologies such as jQuery and Bootstrap; packaging tools such as Node.js, Gulp, Grunt, and Bower; and templating frameworks such as Angular templates, Google Closure, Mustache, and Handlebars.
  • Experience working on complex enterprise-grade projects, preferably end-user-facing enterprise web applications with rich user interfaces, large user bases and high concurrent-user volumes, high availability, business-transaction-centric user interfaces, and responsive web design for multiple device types.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks, especially in the front-end layer.
  • Experience with the tools specified in the skills and expertise requirements.
  • Experience as a technical lead or architect, including defining high-level and framework designs, establishing guidelines and best practices, coding and unit testing, conducting code reviews, addressing compatibility and performance requirements, and interacting with clients.
  • Proven experience working on greenfield projects and learning quickly on the job.
  • Ability to work hands-on, with 70–75% of the role devoted to core development as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology and familiarity with the development lifecycle and relevant tools, preferably JIRA or Rally.
  • Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities

  • Define or contribute to technical guidelines and best practices.
  • Perform coding and unit testing.
  • Conduct code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Contribute to resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • Mentor the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing business-transaction-centric user interfaces in the corporate banking domain, including corporate loans, corporate payments, treasury, or cash management.
  • Experience with JIRA or Rally.
