JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a AI / Automation Architect [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA): Implement intelligent automation of HR business processes using agency-approved technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), AI-driven workflows, and chatbots. The ProSidian Engagement Team should recommend and implement a balanced mix of RPA and AI capabilities based on business needs, control requirements, and return on investment, and provide guidance on machine learning ethics and responsible AI in alignment with federal policy.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - AI / Automation Architect | Human Capital Technology Support - Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA) [NSF0055055]

Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA): Implement intelligent automation of HR business processes using agency-approved technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), AI-driven workflows, and chatbots. The ProSidian Engagement Team should recommend and implement a balanced mix of RPA and AI capabilities based on business needs, control requirements, and return on investment, and provide guidance on machine learning ethics and responsible AI in alignment with federal policy.  AI / Automation Architect Candidates work to facilitate AI & RPA Automation delivering Human Capital Technology Support - Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA) through Design automation | align AI | enable scalable workflows.  Further, they Design AI/RPA solutions, define architecture, ensure ethical AI and compliance.
