  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in developer support, sales engineering, partner engineering, marketplace development, and success or other similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of identity and security requirements faced by SaaS Builders
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to provide business and technical guidance to audiences of varying technical abilities, including development leaders, executives, product managers, and engineers.
  • Technical ability to understand software and recognize areas of product integration, discuss product roadmaps, and engage with product managers
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and share your knowledge with the ISV community
  • Willingness to make mistakes in a dynamic environment. Things are not always perfect, however you are someone that strives to improve process and adapts as needed to opposing priorities
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the ISV Ecosystem Growth team to define and execute the Okta ISV program.
  • Lead technical discussions with ISVs on the value Okta can provide, covering the entire ISV journey - early discovery, implementation, testing, delivery, maintenance, enhancement, etc.
  • Educate and sell ISVs on the value of Okta as a platform for SaaS Builders and the value of the Okta ISV Ecosystem.
  • Develop a robust and scalable pipeline for the ISV Ecosystem by identifying and nurturing new opportunities and helping build a program that ensures sustainable and accelerated expansion.
  • Explore, strategize, and prioritize integration strategies with supporting business cases.
  • Gather, track, and translate ISV feedback and help steer the Okta ISV program roadmap.
  • Develop domain expertise and thought leadership on enterprise readiness for SaaS Builders in the identity/security space and explore potential new areas for expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with Tech Partnerships, Corporate Development, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales and other internal organizations across Okta on a regular basis.
