You will…

• Observe and documenting operational processes in detail (e.g. time studies, process mapping, general observations, and feedback from stakeholders)
• Analyze and deconstructing processes to determine value, identify opportunities, and predict effects of potential interventions/process changes
• Effectively communicating analysis and potential improvements to process owners to initiate and implement sustainable change
• Support equipment, technologies, and processes to improve quality and increase throughput in key bottleneck areas.
• Execute data mining and evaluation pertinent to quality process enhancement related to Value Stream metrics.

You are…

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor degree in quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Self-starter with the ability to be productive independently and able to handle multiple projects.
• Organized, detailed, and service oriented with a strong character and leadership style.
• Willing to challenge the status-quo and incorporate change in a dynamic work environment through creative, innovative, and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer internship term.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills.

Duration: 10 week paid internship. You must be able to commit full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm), and have the right to work in the US for the duration of the internship.
