Requirements
  • 7 years' experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
  • 3 years' experience with Archibus platform
Responsibilities
  • Analyze work orders and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for services
  • Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for management purposes
  • Work with the Procurement Accounts Payable team to requisition materials required to complete the jobs
  • Analyze work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower
  • Coordinate the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors
  • Work closely with asset management and maintenance EPSC and craft services to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources necessary to accomplish the work
  • Develop, maintain and distribute work flow processes to the entire account team documenting how work is planned, scheduled and executed
  • Work with management team to optimize the mixes of planned and scheduled work, scheduled (but not planned) work, and unscheduled work
  • Provide regular statistical reporting to the management team and client showing quantities evidence of the productive use of the work force
  • Adhere to all set company and client policies and procedures
  • Coordinate any necessary issues with departments both directly and indirectly involved
  • Determine appropriate predictive maintenance tasks
  • Train the workforce in the use of predictive maintenance techniques
  • Analyze predictive maintenance data for trends
  • Identify corrective actions necessary in the maintenance planning process
  • Present FAM leadership and could supervise the corrective action as appropriate
