Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations.
  • Welcome new clients and provide a positive onboarding experience.
  • Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally.
  • Recommend personalized solutions based on each client’s needs.
  • Guide clients through enrollment and application processes.
  • Respond to client questions and provide ongoing policy support.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct policy reviews and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.
  • Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs.
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.

  • Ability to obtain a state Life and Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
