Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from the public regarding questions about the courts and its sponsored programs, primarily TTEAP and AZTurboCourt
  • Research and respond to inquiries from the public via email
  • Assist personnel with program access, folder and printer mapping, and other Windows user configuration
  • Process User Create/Delete/Modify requests including building users into NT and Exchange
  • Process requests to set up conference calls and WebEx sessions
  • Handle calls from court personnel requiring education and assistance troubleshooting desktop issues
