Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and knowledge required
  • 2-5 years of HRIS technical experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, implementing or operating Workday
  • Must have extensive experience and working knowledge related to Workday and Workday Prism, system design, Workday calculated fields, complex Workday configurations, business processes, and dashboard development

  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Ongoing configuration and maintenance of Chord’s Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Expenses, Recruiting, and Learning
  • Provide scope, scale, and design of detailed technology solutions for specific HR business needs
  • Design, test, and deploy new/revised Workday business processes, EIBs and configurations
  • Create recurring scheduled reports and ad hoc reports in Workday
  • Provide scheduled support for regular HR processes (e.g., goal setting, open enrollment, performance assessments, annual compensation process)
  • Maintain internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security
  • Collaborate with other members of the HRIS function to provide input on, and backup support to manage Security, Integrations and semi-annual Workday release changes
  • Collaborate with HR staff to identify the needed improvements to existing configuration and reporting
  • Provide technical support, learning materials and guidance to stakeholders including HR, Accounting, and the general employee population
  • Ensure system compliance with data integrity, security and privacy requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications

  • Workday Pro Certification in either HCM, Reporting or Integrations
  • Intermediate proficiency in database software
  • Experience with Power BI integration and reporting
  • Experience with JIRA project management tool
