Requirements
  • Three years experience as an AEM architect with hands-on experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Apache Sling, Java Content Repository, and Sightly (Now called HTML Template Language).
  • Extensive experience with templates, components, OSGi bundle development, AEM Launches, workflows, and versioning.
  • Experience with AEM Import, Export, Bulk Edit, Bulk Activation, setting up Replication Agent, flushing agents, and customizing these tools.
  • Experience with dispatcher level configurations and customizing to improve page response time.
  • Experience with AEM Digital Asset Management solution design and development.
  • Experience designing Content as a Service applications (at least two implementations).
  • Experience handling large volumes of content activation.
  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and customizing AEM workflows.
  • Experience fine-tuning performance issues in Sling, Java Content Repository Cache, Oak TarMK, and MongoMK (or similar storage layers).
  • Experience installing and configuring AEM clusters.
  • Experience with JMeter and Tough Day.
  • Experience with Apache Web Server to configure virtual hosts, headers, error pages, logs, and rewrite rules.
  • Ability to define load test scenarios.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with AEM scaffolding and customizing scaffolding forms.
  • Experience integrating AEM with eCommerce applications.
  • Experience with AEM application monitoring agents.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize AEM workflows and related systems.
  • Define and implement load test scenarios using appropriate tooling such as JMeter and Tough Day.
  • Integrate AEM with eCommerce applications and other enterprise systems.
  • Monitor AEM applications using monitoring agents and ensure performance and reliability.
  • Install and configure AEM clusters and dispatcher configurations to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Configure and manage replication agents, flush agents, and related content activation processes.
  • Design and implement Content as a Service solutions and DAM designs.
  • Tune performance across Sling, Java Content Repository, Oak storage (TarMK/MongoMK), and caching layers.
  • Configure Apache Web Server with virtual hosts, headers, error pages, logs, and rewrite rules; manage dispatcher-related configurations.
