Responsibilities
  • Develop understanding of software, hardware, and analytic product offerings
  • Create and reference CRM (Salesforce), customer profiles, prospecting tools
  • Collaborate with Direct Sales, Product, and key departments/stakeholders
  • Support Direct Sales and Operations functions as the technical 'go-to'
  • Meet with clients and prospects for education acquisition and tech demos
  • Present and demo technical product offerings for clients and operations
