- 2+ years of providing an excellent customer experience in customer service type roles via a variety of channels (phone, email, text, chat, etc)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Flexibility and agility, including the ability to easily adapt to our ever-changing environment
- Excellent problem solver and high comfort level diffusing complex or escalated customer situations with sensitivity, empathy, and thoughtful wording
- You are willing to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done, there is no task too small!
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and able to manage time effectively
- Exceptionally well-organized and attentive to detail

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and texts which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as conducting appropriate follow-ups in a timely and accurate manner
- Build and maintain an extensive knowledge of Good Dog and the dog world in order to educate customers
- Communication with customers about operational or product-related information/changes/enhancements/issues
- Partner closely with the entire Care team as well as cross-functional team members
- Proactively and continuously look for ways to improve the way the team operates
- Pivot with the team and perform various tasks as the organization grows
