Requirements
  • 2+ years of global benefits administration experience
  • Knowledge and experience initiating/managing benefits processes, reporting, and Open Enrollment in Workday
  • Experience using Excel (Pivot tables, Concatenate, VLookups, IF formulas, etc.)
  • Functional knowledge of U.S. leave and accommodation laws
Responsibilities
  • Assist with initiating, configuring, and managing day-to-day Workday business processes as well as our annual benefits Open Enrollment
  • Assist with developing and implementing benefits policy and procedural changes to existing or new services and programs
  • Deliver Onboarding Benefits sessions for New Hire cohorts
  • Partner with Global Payroll and Finance team members to ensure accurate benefit deduction recording and reconciliation
  • Work closely with members of the Global People Ops team and external benefits brokers to ensure benefit plans remain compliant, including assisting with annual 5500 filings and audits
  • Independently resolve benefit questions from current and former employees in our service desk ticketing systems
  • Create educational materials and resources to proactively answer frequently asked questions
  • Assist with administration of our leave of absence and accommodations programs
  • Current knowledge of applicable benefits-related compliance filings (Forms 1094, 1095, 5500, etc.) and related regulations
  • Proficiency utilizing Workday
  • Public speaking experience
  • Have successfully executed 2023 Open Enrollment for all employees
  • Be completely at home as a critical member of the People team and the company as a whole, with a deep understanding of the team's needs
