Requirements
  • You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a bachelor’s degree in media management, marketing management or a closely related field.
  • You have first experiences with digital campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting, in social media, eCommerce, and/or search environments. Internship or student working experience in a Media agency environment or on Media execution projects is a must.
  • You are accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, analytical.
  • You communicate fluently in English. German skills are beneficial.
  • First touchpoints with Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flash talking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) are a plus.
  • You have experience with the Microsoft Office Package, biddable digital platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, TikTok for Business, Google search and YouTube, Amazon search.
Responsibilities
  • End to end execute digital campaigns in social, search, and/or eCommerce environments, with specific responsibilities including campaign design, set-up / implementation, pacing & optimization, and evaluation.
  • Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance via analyzing, tracking and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  • Have full responsibility for campaign reporting, present recap and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
  • Stay ahead of Platform updates, bugs, trainings; raise issues or areas of opportunity for improvement within ecosystem capabilities.
  • Work closely together in a diverse team, especially with our Marketing Technologists to enable and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand our data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.
  • Be the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.
