Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of high-volume sourcing, interviewing, pitching, and closing exceptional talent as a full-cycle recruiter
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within the recruiting space
  • Understanding of best practices in recruiting with measurable success
  • Curiosity and ability to understand people's goals and motivations
  • Excitement to shape and build Ribbon’s culture by bringing in high-performing mission-driven people
Responsibilities
  • Source, nurture, interview, and close candidates on relevant roles at Ribbon
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Build and implement interview guides, rubrics, and hiring materials
  • Train the team in identifying, recruiting, and interviewing new additions to Ribbon
  • Work on recruiting related projects with impact on the entire function or organization
