Requirements
  • 3-5 years digital marketing exp preferably within digital acquisition/ performance marketing
  • Native advertising experience, using platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain
  • Direct-to-Consumer experience
  • Experience scaling and maintaining ad campaigns while hitting key performance metrics & goals
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Able to interpret test results to make data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable with basic image editing softwares
  • Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Passion for pet health
Responsibilities
  • Set-up, manage, and analyze paid media campaigns and budgets on a daily basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting strict CPA and ROI goals
  • Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and landing pages to optimize for conversions
  • Drive creation of new ad creatives both through own ideas as well as collaboration with other departments
  • Perform regular tracking and analysis for each campaign to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain active relationships with ad network representatives to make strategic adjustments to advertising strategies
  • Be at the forefront of upcoming changes, trends, tactics, and tools within ad networks to effectively navigate our campaigns through these updates
  • Maintain a top-level view of customer experience throughout the sales funnel (including SEO, customer support, branded site)
