The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:Moloco is at an inflection point: we will grow from 500 to 800 Molocans this year, expand our global footprint, and firmly establish ourselves as a multi-product company. We are growing quickly. It’s time to transform how we work cross-functionally to ensure that our Operational capabilities scale as quickly as our revenue and headcount. This role will be responsible for the executional elements of this goal.
In order to get there, we need to find a nice blend of taking both a top down approach and a bottoms up approach when it comes to strategy, planning, goal setting, and execution and we need your help in doing so.
Location: Prefer a local candidate to one of our offices; Redwood City / San Francisco.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
You will be reporting to and partnering with our Head of Business Operations to bring key Operational initiatives in flight that affect the company overall: focusing on decision making and ensuring all teams are moving in the same direction with little to no roadblocks. Our overall goal is to ensure that we are finding solutions and cross-functional alignment across these initiatives and are more rapidly closing the loop between the three Ps (Philosophy, Policy, Process) with iterative feedback from all participants. You will drive transformational change throughout the various organizations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Your first 6 months in this role you will be focused on but not limited to:
- Support our business operations with a focus on our G&A organization, becoming a trusted thought partner and problem solver for our People, Finance, Legal, and Workplace Experience operational leaders
- Be able to find gaps in our three Ps (Philosophy, Policy, Process) and develop insights by synthesizing diverse quantitative and qualitative data to help align decision making
- Present compelling recommendations to guide strategy that are clear, concise, and fact-driven, and support the initial implementation of recommendations
- Support transformative change management when it comes to implementing a new Philosophy, Policy, or Process
- Improve our understanding of how other organizations run their business through research and analysis, deriving insights where possible to help guide the company’s business operations strategy
- Design, Implement, and Coach on project management and process improvement frameworks across the G&A Organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience at a hyper growth startup or mid-size company
- Communication Skills: Experience creating polished executive level comms (Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Slides) to influence decision making and drive consensus
- Problem Solving & Research Skills: Experience framing problems and conducting research utilizing internal and external data sources
- Project Management / Program Management Skills: Exceptional organization, planning, prioritization, and time management capabilities. Understanding the fundamentals of project management and running programs
- Team Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with several departments and understanding the importance of change management
- Must be able to influence at all levels leveraging data to drive decisions
Preferred:
- Data & Modeling Skills: Experience working with diverse datasets (quantitative and qualitative; financial, operational, and competitive) to build ad-hoc models (Google Sheets and Excel) that deliver actionable insights

Our Compensation And Benefits (for California & New York State Residents Only)
Base Compensation Range: $90,071.00 - $163,152.00
In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
