Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in growth marketing, 3+ in a leadership position
  • You love building high-performance teams and have experience doing so in a fast paced, rapidly evolving organization

Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a best-in-class growth / member marketing teamDrive our member acquisition and member engagement strategies and results
  • Leverage data and insights to drive experiments, unlock new strategies and make creative bets
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product positioning, messaging, and personas to drive awareness, consideration and conversion to its highest potential
  • Partner closely with product, operations and customer success
  • Refine existing capabilities and build new ones that further our competitive advantage by enabling the team with the right processes and systems to scale
  • Work with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to maximize enrollment and drive engagement in SWORD's product
  • Identify new and optimize existing acquisition, activation and retention channels including email, direct mail, digital marketing, and landing pages
  • Invest in the tools and product roadmap necessary to measure performance and capture quantifiable & qualitative insights for all initiatives
  • Define, drive and measure KPIs for all initiatives
Desired Qualifications
  • You've led growth or marketing in a modern D2C brand; digital healthcare and/or B2B2C experience is a plus (but not required)
  • You are deeply curious about data, tactics and innovative approaches. Strong analytical ability and savviness with data and leading BI tools like Looker or Tableau; SQL skill is a plus
